Join us November 16th @ 6 PM for $35 a participant and enjoy a live demonstration with an in depth discussion of the processes of making and tempering chocolate. Our chef Jon Robbins will guide you through his process of creating, making and enjoying chocolate.

Temper – chocolates and confections – will carry a very special collection of fine gourmet chocolates from some of the best new American chocolatiers as well as our long-time European favorites; a selection that will blend beautifully with our own house-made, hand-crafted chocolates, and sweets.
