Legendary bakery “Izzio” (est. 1994) is named after partner and head baker Maurizio Negrini, a third-generation baker from Bologna, Italy. The bakery, formerly known as Udi’s Artisan, specializes in hand-crafted breads, pastries and desserts. Izzio has been a fixture at the Cherry Creek and Boulder Farmers Markets since 1998. The Denver Central Market will be Izzio’s first-year round retail bakery outlet and will feature Izzio’s long fermented breads, freshly baked pastries and desserts.  This location also features a cefe serving breakfast, lunch and weekend brunch. The Denver Central Market bakery is helmed by veteran Head Pastry Chef Jason LeBeau.
