In 2018, DIA will get an abbreviated version of The Denver Central Market under its roof, courtesy of Delaware North, a large privately held hospitality and food service company that operates in 33 airports worldwide. While the coffee shop, ice cream stand, or bakery will not be part of the offerings, this is a big upgrade for travelers flying to and from the Mile High City.

Vero Italian (a pizzeria from chef Andrea Frizzi, known for Il Posto), Culture Meat & Cheese (an artisanal meat and cheese shop created by Justin Brunson of Old Major and Masterpiece Deli/Kitchen), SK Provisions (a rotisserie-driven place from chef Sean Kelly), and Curio (a cocktail bar, which will also offer a selection of fresh, locally made products including chocolates, jerky and more) will find their own iteration at DIA.
